does anyone feel like the baby Jerry seemed to be mostly neglected from the show after Roseanne gave birth to him? It reminded me of the final episode where they moved DJ down to the basement and Roseanne says "well, I'm telling you what I told Becky and then Darlene, we like the new baby more" in regards to Darlene's baby, yet Roseanne had a baby of her own that didn't seem to get much mention.

However, it was probably for the best, because look at how much Mad About You went into the toilet once every show became about Paul and Jamie's baby.

i know, i always wondered why jerry wasnt in the show more--they shouldve just hid her pregnancy if they didnt want to include him in storylines

I believe that was Roseanne's real-life son who played the baby. It looks just like her ex-husband, what's his name, Ben?

Her husbands name was Ben Thomas I think.

No, she has said before that it was not her son.

I noticed that too. There has been several times where I thought "Where's the baby" I also thought that about Jackies baby too. She should have just hid her pregnancy.

Her pregnancy was a continuation error. In my mind, at least. Remember when Roseanne didn't want to have a baby. Now, she's older and she is trying to get pregnant? Don't seem right. BTW, how could Roseanne have hidden the pregnancy? She couldn't hide it if she wanted to. You could only hide behind pillows, groceries, etc. so much. Or, Roseanne would have had to not appear in some episodes. I don't know. It just wasn't consistent with the earlier Roseanne who didn't want any more kids.
