I'm in the process of creating a new Fran Drescher website (with biography, movies, pictures...and more stuff previously unseen on the net) and I'm also in the process of finding content for one section of my site which will give fans the chance to submit any written pieces relating to Fran Drescher.

I'm open to anything you might want to submit. Some ideas are- *your accounts of meeting Fran/or ever knowing Fran *Your first Nanny episode * your story of becoming a Fran fan*your favorite Nanny episode/ season *dreams *poems *random notes *accounts of being an extra on the show... *or anything else*.

If you have photos or pictures to go with your pieces that would be great. Please include your name and email. Please forward all submissions to the email address provided. Your input is greatly appreciated!

P.S: If you have a Nanny site, Fran site, Nanny club etc that you want me to add to my links section, please send me the address!

My first Nanny experience.....My mom was sitting in her room putting on her make-up and getting ready for work and I asked her what she was watching. She told me it was the only show on television these days that made her crack up the entire episode through. So I sat and watched as Fran married Maxwell with her and I agreed with her -- and I became a huge Nanny fan, which was weird because me and my mom at the time never had the same interests in television until I was introduced to the nanny. :happyface :happyface :happyface

I had heard of The Nanny, and I knew what it was about and that Fran Drescher was in it, but for some reason I just never watched it during the original run. Then about 2 years ago, I was up with insomnia, flipping channels because there was nothing on and then I came across this show. I started watching it and I thought, this is really funny, I have to start watching it regularly. Then I realized it was The Nanny. I couldn't believe I had never tried to watch it before. But what's an interesting coincidence is that the episode I saw that night was the one where she first shows up at the Sheffield's door selling cosmetics and ends up being hired as a nanny. I wouldn't realize it until later, but my first episode really was the first episode!

At first I thought, "Oh great! Another show that's gonna mees up my Designing Women schedule.", but then my friend told me that she watches it, and I saw Madeline Zima *Gracie* in the movie "Second Chances" with Kelsey Mulrooney, and I looked up Madeline's filmography and found out that she was in "The Nanny". I decided to give the show a try because she was in it. I watched it once, and I fell in love with it. Now, I watch it everyday! :D :D :D
