What is your favorite time period with Janice in it?

Mine was in the fourth season when Chandler told her that he was moving to Yamin. I also liked the 8th season, when she gave birth.

Anyone have an opinion?

I also like the 10th and 2nd season ones because they are shocking.

Chandler says that he's moving to Yemen.

Four-way tie between her and Chandler's Valentine's date, Chandler moving to Yemen, her singing on the mix tape and sharing a semi-private labor room with Rachel.

That whole Yemen episdode was funny as hell. I love how Joey is all "thanks for telling me....."....LOL

I would say that the yemen episode is the best.

Far and away without a doubt in my mind.... when Ross dates her. Absolutely hysterical.

That one I love purely for the surprise moment of Ross's secret hookup being Janice, but she barely appeared in that episode otherwise so I don't consider it one of her better cameos. If they had spent more time on that subplot for that episode, it would have been amazingly hilarious.

Alot of times they don't show her for that long.

OK what episode is this? I looked last night thru my DVDS and could not find it. It's driving me crazy... :mad:

It's a fifth season episode: The One With Chandler's Work Laugh.

That was a hilarious episode. "I, Ross, annoy you, Janice? Oh. My. God."

I really love that one and the Yemen episode.

Probably the best single moment involving Janice was when she's at the apartment in the seventh season and Joey walks up behind her, freaks out, and runs away without saying a word. Absolutely great.

The worst was her 10th season appearance. They recycled the story from the 7th season about Chandler still loving her and that was really a let down. There was no closure to the story, nothing. Just a rehashed, unfunny appearance that spat on the previous nine years where Janice was always hilarious (minus the sixth season where she didn't actually appear).

So in the tenth season they got her to not move in by saying that Chandler was still in love with her. That is a bit of a disapointment. I haven't seen that episode in a while and I forgot that that was why. I thought it was good for her last appearance because if she moved in next door it would be a really problem, having to live with her.

See, my thing was that Chandler telling her he loves her is a perfectly funny thing, but to do it twice is just too much.

I remember the producers saying they were disappointed when they recycled jokes, but small jokes recycled don't bother me. But big plot lines? That does.

Repeating jokes is fine, as long as it's not way over done, but repeating the story line.

I don't remeber, When they did this did they talk about telling her agian or did they pretend like the season 7 Janice moment had never happened.

Definitely when she sleeps with Ross. On the whole I hated Janice, but I really wanted to see those hairy children that Phoebe said that Ross and Janice would have.

I loved the Yemin one. I was one of my favorite episodes ever. The fact that chandler is so desperate to get rid of her that he would pack up all his stuff and fly to another country is hillarius. I love it, Janice is awsome.

I liked when she was on the valentine's day tape.
