One of my favorite episodes was when Mel made up the policy that if the girls didn't smile at every customer, the customer could get their meal for free. Did anybody else like this episode?

I can relate to this because I worked in different places where you had to do some really dumb stuff.

Yes! I loved that episode. That was one of the last ones with Flo as I recall. I remember Mel making the waitresses line up for "inspection" or something before the diner opened.
