Unfortunately I'm a couple of days late, but it was a year ago Tuesday (Aug. 9) that T.J. and pavanbadal created a board specifically for tv-dvds. Thanks to all you regulars it's been a great first year for the board. My favorite thing is discussing tv-dvds with you guys, so I hope you all enjoy it too and continue to make this one of the most "fun" sections of the forums.

I admit when the TV-DVD board was first created, I wasn't too happy. I liked them being mixed in with the General Boards. That way I was able to check out the general sitcom stuff, including DVDs.

Now, I love the TV-DVD board and am glad it's separate from the General Boards. It's nice to know that if there's great DVD news, I can come here and celebrate with you guys. And if there's crappy DVD news, I can come here and we can all complain together.

I love ya all, my TV-DVD brothers and sisters. ;) On second thought, let's not get all mushy. I just like ya. :lol:

Thanks to vashti1999 for a great job moderating this board and keeping threads updated and stickied. Thanks to everyone who posts here or just lurks and reads.

We are closing in on 200 reviews. We should reach that sometime in September. Looking forward to more exciting TV DVD News for the rest of the year and into 2006! And coming at some point in the future... buytvondvd.com if I ever finish it. :)

Wow! vashti and Todd basically summed it all up. It's great having this board here. TV DVDs have become so big and we all love them. vashti's 2005 DVD release thread is probably the most well known thread for our boards on the internet, lol. To many more years of posting on this board!

Happy Anniversary!!! I used to browse through this theard every ounce in a while and about two to three months ago I started posting in here, so im glad we got this thread. Thanks for the shout out as well, Vashti. I'm not sure I deserve It, however it is very flattering LOL. this is a year and 75 days for me today so im happy I found this site about two years ago and im glad after that I had the guts to join this thread after visting for about a year. I enjoy reading all your posts and getting involved with many of your heated disscussions. Once again Happy Aniversary!!!!!
