Paramount dont own Get Smart, according to the latest news at http://tvshowsondvd.com, Time Life owns the show!
I cant begin to explain this article, read it for yourself, I already emailed Gord and Dave to see if they can decode it a-bit for me, lol-

it does not specifically state who owns the rights, but it suggests that it would either be TimeLife-Warner or HBO
either way, it means good news for fans ! :D

Woo-Hoo! Get Smart is finally available on DVD! I’ve been waiting for years for this and can’t believe it’s finally available! I just ordered 3 copies (1 for me, my dad, and my brother). Time-Life just announced it for ordering at $199.96 for all 5 seasons in a phone booth box set. It will ship on November 15 so you can pre-order it and get it in time for Christmas.
