I read on the TV on DVD news area on this website that The Facts of Life seasons 1 and 2 are being released together in a set in 2006. Has anybody else heard about this??

False, it most likely is coming in November according to Pavan. (but its just a guess too, however he almost always is right on the $.)

I haven't heard this. But I only know that TV Classic Christmas featuring the Facts of Life is coming out on DVD I believe late november.

According to what I read on their website, the only DVD news is about the Classic TV Christmas DVD, which has FOL, Maude and a couple other shows. There is nothing stating there would be seasonal releases.

This is about the same DVD. It was originally scheduled for release in September, but it's been moved back to November or (perhaps) December.
