Very strange that this just got out. It was released July 26, according to MGM. Mr. Ed best of was also released.

There are 8 episodes on this set. Read the details on the back:

I'll say its strange. Any info on S3, it seems only s1 and s2 episodes are included in this release?

To be honest guys, I've read some of the comments at Amazon for Seasons 1 & 2, and with comments like those, I doubt the rest of the series will be released.

Well I see of couple of jackass reviews, but what the hell do they know? And there was NO 17 minute episode. The DVD Sets have been great so far. The only thing I'd recommend to make the set better is extras, but lets face it folks, we're talking about MGM here...

The only DVD I have or want to have from MGM With extras is T1. (The Terminator 1)

Kind of odd the way MGM just released it all of a sudden like that. But, oh well, at least it shows that Green Acres is far from forgotten! Plus, I really like that dress Lisa is wearing on the cover! I've never seen her wear that one before!

So basically we shouldn't expect a season 3 release anytime soon? :(

Why do you say that? MGM makes the final decision, not some ******* Amazon smartass reviewer. They are released in tortoise-slow intervals, so dont hold your breath for an announcement tomorrow or anything, but its coming, SLOWLY but surely, I'm sure.

This is just the first 8 episodes - no reason to get this if you already have season 1.......

It still puzzles me why they even bothered with this release. They are just using the same material from disc one side A of season one. They probably didn't even bother with disc art.:rolleyes:

I still haven't seen this in stores

It's probably just an online item, I can't wait for season three! Once it is out, we'll own 1/2 the series on disc! We're getting there, again, slowly, but surely.
