Whenever I click "more" under the smiley's, the window doesnt even pop up. What's going on here?

What's going on here? You might have a popup blocker running. Have you tried re-booting your machine? If rebooting works, then there has to be some kind of popup blocker happening. That's what I always recommend to instructors and students.
