Can anybody tell me what DS episodes are mostly focused on Dana Plato's character if any? All I can think of is the green hair episode.

I remember the ice-skating episode with Dorothy Hamil.

Also the last season episode where she was battling bulimia

don't even compare Webster and Arnold, Gary was infinately funnier, even though Emmanuel Lewis seems to be the more likable person in 2005.

"Coming of Age" from '83 where she wanted to go to Paris. It was ALL about her, I saw this particular episode taped live which was lots of fun (I was only about 11 then...). It was funny, I can't remember the exact color but her dress was like maroon or something but on the monitors and the TV at home when it aired, the dressed looked blue. Very strange!

that's really cool that you saw it taped. Did Diff'rent Strokes bend the rules about the age limit at tapings because it was so popular with children? I know a lot of the shows from the 70's and 80's that were taped live had a "no one under 16 permitted" stamp on their tickets.

Of course, would've sucked to be me because I would've never gotten to see any of my fave 80's shows taped live because I wasn't 16 until after they wrapped.

Hello BuffySlayer79-
Thanks for your reply!
I'm not sure about the age thing. My mom got the tickets and we went on
a tour bus with a group so maybe they allowed younger kids to attend. I still have the ticket stub..somewhere...once I find it I'll have to see if it listed
an age on there. I remember Gary Coleman came onto the bus and said hello. He was so cute! Anyway, it was also cool because right behind our seats was The Facts of Life set so after the taping I went to look at that.
They weren't there taping of course but it was fun to look at.

One of the few really stand-out episodes of the last season. Though Dana never appeared on the show after this episode so we never find out Kimberly's fate.

The episode where Kimberly and Arnold hitchhike and end up at that criminal's house seems to focus around Kimberly, even though it was Mr. Drummond's birthday. :)
