Sisterly Love

This sitcom stars Kathy Najimy and Camryn Manheim as two middle-aged sisters in their early 40s, who have decided to buy a house together to live in with their children. Kathy Najimy plays Laurie Taylor, a recently divorced-turned-single mom of two teenage daughters: 17-year-old Casey Taylor (Danielle Panabaker) and 14-year-old Nikki Taylor (Ann Panabaker). Laurie is a pharmacist at the local pharmacy. Casey is a high school junior who loves shopping, boys, dating, make-up, and fashion. Nikki is a high school freshman who just wants to fit in anyway possible-she is gullible and innocent. Yet Nikki is an honor student who maintains her straight A average without a problem. Camryn Manheim plays Pam Geller, a longtime single parent to 14-year-old daughter, Emily Fuller (Amy Bruckner). Pam's ex/Emily's dad left Pam when she was 5 months pregnant with Emily. Pam works at a law firm as a high-powered, successful attorney. Emily is a high school freshman who is like her mom in everyway (such as being loud, outspoken, opinionative, arguementive, etc.) Now that Laurie, Pam, and the three girls have moved into one house together, can five related women (two sets of sisters--and Emily) share one house (with two bathrooms) without killing each other. Also, to add to the five different women, Casey's best friend, London Emerson (Brenda Song) is always hanging around the Geller-Taylor home, which claims to be her "second home".

Episodes:

Ep1: Pilot Episode:
Laurie and her daughters, Casey and Nikki move into their new home along with Pam and Emily. They soon realize the house has only two bathrooms and that everyone gets their own bedrooms. Laurie and Pam fight over the master bedroom with the attached bathroom, Pam eventually gives in and lets the older sister have the room.

Ep2: School Daze:
Casey reluctantly enters the 11th grade, as Nikki and Emily enter the 9th grade. Freshmen Nikki and Emily are excited yet nervous about entering high school. Casey meets up with her best friend, London (who has been in Korea visiting relatives all summer). Pam and Laurie are happy to see the kids back at school and enjoy the few days left of their vacations before heading back to work (after taking two weeks off-to move and get settled in).

Ep3: Legal Matters:
Pam is asked to help represent a client who she can't tolerate due to the fact he likes to make lawsuits over "every little thing". Laurie realizes she almost gave away someone else's prescription pills to an elderly lady who has become very impatient with the standard 5-10 mins waiting period.

Ep4: Homecoming Disasters:
Casey and London are asked to attend the homecoming dance with a set of handsome twins. An estatic Nikki is asked to homecoming dance by the younger brother of the twins. Casey and London are less than thrilled about Nikki and her date hanging around them and the twins during the dance. Meanwhile, Emily pretends she didn't want to go to the dance and hides her hurt feelings (of not being asked at all), as she decides to spend the night watching movies with her mom and aunt.

Ep5: Grandma Jean:
Laurie and Pam's widowed mother, Jean (Peggy Rea) decides to pay a surprise visit to her daughters and granddaughters. Jean spoils Casey, Nikki, and Emily, and Jean irritates Pam and Laurie. Jean drops the bomb of her sudden retirement and moving down to Florida. Jean is amazed at her daughters and how much they insist on her not moving to Florida. Laurie and Pam (after hours of thinking and rethinking) decide to help Jean look for an apartment (for senior citizens) within driving distance [since they don't want Jean to be too close] from their new home.

[NOTE: Peggy Rea's character, "Jean Geller" will be part of the reoccuring cast]

I really like this sitcom....I'm wondering if I could me this into an actual script. You could come up with the plots, and I'll write the episodes.
