im just wondering whatcha think that chances are of Chico making it to the big screen. there seems to be a few 70's sitcoms being made into movies, why not this one? i think it would be a good idea :)

We have talked about who we would like to see in the roles if this were ever to happen. I dunno if it will tho, but you are right, they just did Starsky and Hutch, Bewitched and now Dukes of Hazzard. Seems like people are waxing nostalgic these days. 'Cause I can't say that all of the big screen versions of our favorite classic TV shows have been all that hot..... IMHO. Still, it would be nice to see CATM come to the large screen.

The onli way it would probably work is if Jr played Chicos role. To me the only Chico was Freddie. But it is an interesting idea they could do. :)

A movie of Chico would be really great IF it was handled right. Several of these TV show turned movies have not been all that true to the TV shows that the fans came to love so much. That's a big disappointment when you think "Oh yay! They're going to make my show a movie!" Then you go see it and it's nothing like you remember. I really think though that the right actor could really have fun with the role of Chico and to see Ed and Louie all come back would be great. You just have to try to keep things as true to the show as possible.
