There's a new pink twenty dollar bill out and you have to fold it some ways one side is the Twin Towers burning, and the other side is The Whitehouse burning. Can any one give me a web site where it's on,thanks.

You'd like ours then! The old $2 bill was scarlett red and so is the $50 bill. $5s are blue, $10s are purple, $20s are green, $100s are brown....its a colourful cashdrawer! :D

That's exactly what we've heard Americans call it! Back in the early 70s it was worth more than the U.S. dollar (believe it or not), but we still couldn't use it in the States on trips - at par even because stores didn't believe it was real currency. A lot of countries have different colours in their bills. To me, it makes it a lot easier to sort out and count in your wallet. I get so confused when I use American money - I always make sure I double check because I once almost handed out a $10 or a $1 (without being familiar who's head is on what - I know Ben F. is on your $5).

This is what ours looks like now: We have coins for $1 & $2

Yeah!! Same with European and Mexican money! It seems that most countries - minus the States (other than slightly-noticable teeny bit of color bills) - have colorful and different-sized bills!!! It was neat having the Swedish crowns, Mexican pesos, and Euros all in different sizes and colors. Just neat!! :D

If you fold the Queen's head just right on ours, you get Prince Charle's ass - oh - sorry that's Camilla!! Same difference I guess.

Actually, Abe Lincoln is on our $5 bill. I think Benny's on the $100!

Anyways, like the pictures! :D You even have two designs for each bill!

I loved the British pound notes better. Their £20 note is my fave...purple. :biglove:

I couldn't find a recent pic of a £50 or £100 note, sadly. :(

I love Canadian money. It does remind you of monopoly. I remember when it was worth more than U.S. dollars. Our family would vacation in Canada every year. My parents honeymooned there in the 50's and I don't know which parent loved it more but we ended up having a cottage there. We would make sure we spent all of our Canadian money before we came home. Some establishments still get attitudes if you give them a Canadian coin by accident. I don't think that I have been to Canada since the 70's come to think of it. I have to put a visit to Canada on my calendar for next year. :)

Ahh you've got to make a trip back up here! It's nicer than ever! Liquor and beer stores are actually open on Sundays now and they don't roll up the sidewalks at 10 p.m. anymore! ;)
Toronto's changed so much - way more to do and see and then it's not that long a drive north if you want to get into cottage country (you can drop by and visit us with Zion on your way)! (We sound like we're about the same age). ;)
Do you remember the area the cottage was in? Muskoka? Haliburton? Orillia?

I noticed that when we were down there last summer - it was a little easier to distinguish. Do you guys have the nifty holograms on it? (A shiny colourful area that changes in different lights.) It helps prevent counterfitting.

I've actually made that before. It's similiar to the one on the website provided by Roby, but I made some alterations to it to make have a heart-frame.

http://jens-origami.cjb.net/ Go to "money series" and you will see it. :)
