Okay well i was wondering like since season one of Roseanne is coming out Aug. 30, 2005 if this site is a joke or something?

Those are definitely bootlegs (meaning those DVD's contain episodes that were likely recorded off TV), and I encourage any Roseanne fan to just buy the legitimate season 1 and any other future seasons. The higher the sales of the legiitimate releases, the better.

actually, are these bootlegs the original ABC episodes or N@N/Oxygen/TBS cuts? If they are the original episodes, then maybe the illegal bootleg route is the better way to go because the DVD for season 1 is going to be cut.

I made my post before hearing that the season 1 set will be edited. I agree, that bootlegs would be the way to go if they are the ABC episodes.

i have this set! NO i did NOT aquire it from the site you posted. i aquired it from a fellow DVD trader. several groups exists. people that swap for other NON-released discs.

it is NOT 100% dvd perfection by anymeans. BUT........the quality is excellent. the set in question was in fact captured via satellite feed so its NOT an inferior VHS transfer. it is YES commercial free and assembled with custom menus

any die hard roseanne fan will YES purchase the retail store released sets, BUT..........any die hard fan would also appreciate this set as all 222 episodes are there. i look at it as "holding me over" until the true hollywood discs are released. much like the star wars 3 release.

although i have to admit their asking price is a little steep!

Those are nothing but Bootlegged scams don't fall for it. People on EBAY do the same stuff.
