not all the writers on Good Times were white. There were black writers too. We have fun with this forum you guys because we get to meet nice people and just wonder how the show would be if this or that happened. Retro, thanx for the welcome the other day. Wow...I am sorry that I was at work when all this took place. To get bend out of shape regardless if the writers of Good Times where African American or white..they were a mixture of both, and I think the reason why Michael was not fond of other African Americans that were rich was a combination of jealousy and him believing that once African Americans reach a certain status when it comes to wealth..they loose a certain amount of their hertiage or being proud of being black..but then again I can be wrong on this!


And Remember Folks this was a FICTIONAL family and characters and a telelvsion show that aired 30 years ago...SO PLEASE do not start calling each other names like ASS or BITCH..it is againest the rules..This is a PG-13 site.
