Matt Williams did a great and wonderful job with Home Improvement however I can't say the same for Roseanne, When Matt was still on the Development of the show (the first season) It was an ordinary family sitcom and a Blue collar family but, once Williams was terminated Roseanne hit it's stride as one of the best sitcoms of the 90's.
