The one where Dwayne's dad runs for city council. It's unusual because Raj, Rerun and Dee are not in the episode. Wonder what happened here. I can understand putting the focus on Dwayne, but it was strange to see an episode without the other 3 in it. This was shown in syndication Aug. 2 on an independent station in Richmond, VA.

yeah that ep was pretty strange and it wasn't one of my favs. I hate it when a show goes a little to far out of it's element. I think every sitcom has its episode that focuses on one of the supporting castmembers and pulls you more into their world.

I think Rerun had one too...it's the only time I remember seeing the inside of his house. I think he found out his brother in law gambled the money that his sister was saving for a cruise. The plot went something like that. I may be a little off tho

No, you're absolutely right about the episode with Rerun. He convinced Ike/Rollo to bet his vacation money on Tampa Bay to beat Oakland. Raj and Dwayne were in this episode as well. I thought it was pretty funny. Of course, if Ike/Rollo would have made this same bet about two years ago on the Super Bowl, he'd be rich.

By the way, this episode was from season two of "What's Happening", in case you were wondering. Peace!

It seemed like it was a pilot for the a spinoff based on Dwayne and his Family



BTW: That girl dwayne was with in that episode was the prettiest woman I ever saw in my entire life. Never ever seen anyone that hot
