If you read the fine print on these commercials it says something along the lines of: "This is not the free annual credit report you are entitled to under the law." Well, my question is, where do you get this "free annual credit report" that you are entitled to?

i'd still be nervous about filling out something like that online - i've worked pretty hard at being completely invisible with no history or personal info online

That is the actual website www.annualcreditreport.com. I have used it, but only for equifax. I am going to stagger the reports over a few months. Also I believe you can call and get it also for those of you who are afraid to send things like that on the net.

i doubt it - i go to pretty great lengths to avoid creating the type of information that those people collect - even that Zabasearch site has NOTHING on me, not even ANY former addresses
