Does anyone recall a California case from the first season in which an extortionist sent letters to random people in Lancaster, California threatning to kill them unless they paid up? Whoever wrote the letters would include personal information about the recipient. I have on tape an update reporting the capture of the extortionist, but I can't recall ever seeing the original story, and I don't think it has been on Lifetime.
