When I contacted Universal via email I got the following response concerning GAB...I don't know if many of your have tried in the past, but maybe we can all CONTINUE trying? ;)

Their so afraid of me they dont even respond anymore

I got the same exact reply the several times I wrote to them (from different email addresses). It's obviously a standard reply. I do think that if we keep emailing persistently they might just listen eventually.
