Until the DVDs came out, I did not see GT for many years, so I'm still not really familar with season 5 and 6 episodes. There is an episode where the manager of the botique catches a girl shoplifting and he really lands into her and Willona ends up telling off the guy big time. I was told you can hear the studio audience shouting "Tell him, Willona! Tell him, Willona!" I think that is sort of funny that the audience would get that worked up!

The Good Times audience was very fiery, so I don't doubt that that took place.

In the Penny episode where her birth mother comes back trying to reclaim Penny, Willona comes face to face with her "boyfriend" who really worked for Penny's mom. Anyhow, Willona says, "You" with such disgust and you could clearly hear a female audience member say, "Hit him Willona".

Dang, I wish I recorded that episode to hear it for myself.
