I just read at Spoilerfix.com that Lauren and Alexis have both signed on for a season 7. Does this mean that the show will probably be renewed for season 7?

If that's true, I hope they sign the rest of the cast as well. It wouldn't be the same if a bunch of the great supporting cast suddenly disappeared at the start of the seventh season.
