In the episode where Florida leaves, I saw that Rue McCallahan (Sorry, Don't Know How to Spell It) Weren't in the Opening Credits. Was she in the credits the entire run, but her name deleted because she wasn't in it? (She Might Have, I Was Recording CATM And Got The Opening Credits to "Maude")

Rue McClanahan made a few appearances in the first two seasons (1972-1974). It wasn't until the 3rd season that she must have become a regular cast member beacuse that's when her name first appears in the opening credits.

Rue Mc Clannahan was in fact in the first couple of seasons also. She was in the end credits as Vivian Cavender. I think that they just didn't want to change the opening credits for money reasons during the 1st 2 seasons. At least she was in the end.

Whoa interesting. I am a big fan of Rue's, though I've never seen Maude. I saw that funny episode from her intimate portrait, but that's about it. I would like to see it. I'm new to this board also. I love her in The Golden Girls.:wave: :wave: :happyface :happyface :lol: :lol: :wave: :wave:
