Sharon was also on 2 episodes of "Mr. Ed" and 1 episode of "The Man from Uncle." She also appeared on "Playboy After Dark" being interviewed with her husband, Roman Polanski. Some say she appeared on some episodes of "Petticoat Junction" but no one has ever spotted her there like they have on the previously mentioned shows. She was originally cast on "Petticoat" but Martin Ransohoff saw her and decided to make her a star. So they destroyed the first episode--which she appeared on--and made a new show with another girl in her role. It should also be noted that in most of her early work on "Beverly Hillbillies" and "Mr. Ed" she mainly appeared wearing a dark wig so Ransohoff could introduce her to the public when he felt she had enough training.
