1. (tie) Cordell Walker (Chuck Norris; Walker, Texas Ranger)/Kato (Bruce Lee; The Green Hornet).
(Based on the fact that Chuck is a 6-time world Karate champion and Bruce was also a Karate expert)

2. Kwai Chang Caine (David Carradine; Kung Fu)

3. Hoss Cartwright (Dan Blocker; Bonanza)
(Based on the fact that Dan was considered the best fighter in his hometown of O'Donnell, Texas. Every Saturday night, when he was in his teens, residents roped off a section of Main Street and pitted Dan against opponents twice his age. He never lost. He was already 6' tall and 200 lbs at age 12!)

4. Lucas McCain (Chuck Connors; The Rifleman)

5. B.A. Baracus (Mr. T; The A-Team)

6. James T. Kirk (William Shatner; Star Trek)

7. Steve Austin (Lee Majors; The Six Million Dollar Man)
(Kind of unfair, though, with his bionic power, so this would be as a regular person.)
