There are 102 episodes of ALF and the Project: ALF. It's not just 101 episodes its 102 episodes and the Project: ALF. Hopefully your ALF collection isn't missing 1 episode. If you go to: http://epguides.com/ALF/ it will show you that there are 102 episodes of ALF. Are all the ALF episodes you have the original uncut from NBC airings or are they from the Family channel?

Yes, i was incorrect in saying i have 101 episodes, i have 102! Plus Project ALF and they were recorded orginally off Family Channel.
