I haven't seen it yet, but there is one I saw a clip fromon Rue McClanahan's INTIMATE PORTRAIT. Vivian is wearing only an overcoat. There is a knock at the door and she thinks its Arthur. She goes to the door to show him something and I remember she's holding the coat open and it's really Maude and Walter. There is a loooong laugh and she was REALLY NAKED UNDER THERE!!! They said she had saran wrap on.

I love the New Years Eve episode where they're at the party as their favorite Years. That was funny. I loved the old woman at the party. Incidentally, that was Judith Lowry, who went on to play Mother Dexter on Phyllis.

I also loved the episode with John Wayne. Phillip brought all his friends over cause he thought there was gonna be this big political standoff between Wayne and Maude and instead they Maude danced with him. Classic.

My favorite episodes are the 5 parter in which Maude runs for the Senate. Very inspirational to professional women.
