How nice to finally have the whole series on DVD! The quality is really superb. I managed to record the whole series back in 1999-2000 on VHS, but, as everyone has already been saying, there is no comparison. I watched 6 episodes tonight----talk about mainlining GI... :lol:

I agree that the documentary sucked. The plugs for "The Real GI" were pretty blatant and insulting. Thank God that piece of trash has been cancelled. :banana:

Hey, did anyone else notice that the packaging for Season 3 is a lot cheaper. It's smaller. The places where it's supposed to fold don't bend very well and the discs are harder to remove. :(

Most everything else, though, is really great!! :)

I guess WB wanted to finish GI and be done with it, that's why the box was so stiff.

It's dumb that they were trying to plug The Real GI, since the show was cancelled a few days ago.

I did not think the box felt cheaper, but when I compared the third season box to 1 & 2 It was skinnier.
