Pics taken last April) (I should pull out the ones I have of winter in Newfoundland - no lie - 30 feet in some areas)!! *Pleasant Tomorrow* 07-26-2005, 11:40 PM Chh, I got you all beat. Snow in Rome, NY. I don't know who's house that is, but I searched for snow in Rome and someone had a photo gallery of snow here :roller: *Pleasant Tomorrow* 07-26-2005, 11:42 PM I took this of the backyard deck through the window like...2 years ago er something. PZelda 07-26-2005, 11:47 PM Ahem.... Pictures from a nasty blizzard we got in the next town over, where I was living at that time, back in 1993. *Pleasant Tomorrow* 07-26-2005, 11:48 PM Ahem.... Well, nowhere near that amount back in '93. We had some pretty nasty winters when I was a little kid and now we're lucky if we get enough snow to go snowmobiling. *Pleasant Tomorrow* 07-26-2005, 11:52 PM  We don't even get a lot of snow now. EmoJoe 07-26-2005, 11:54 PM Heh, we get more snow than that pic in a week during the winter. PZelda 07-26-2005, 11:58 PM I don't remember ever having that much, but with snowed plowed and everything the hills of it get pretty high...it's insane and it takes them forever to melt in the spring. Ohh yeah, I hate when they do that. Then sometimes you have to re-shovel your way out. :cuss: Effing bastards! I remember one winter...we didn't get the same amount of snow in the pics I posted...well, not all at once. But we had like 9 nasty blizzards that winter and school had to be closed repeatedly. There was another town about 90 miles away that got a lot of snow that winter as well. When the snow finally melted, it wasn't too bad here but all the snow in the town 90 miles away melted AND flooded the town. Pretty bad...they had to evacuate everybody living there and they sought shelter for about a month. That was about 8 years ago, I think. Scary...Snow can be fun sometimes but not if it finally melts and then floods. Ags2000 07-27-2005, 01:47 AM I'm bored. Now, down where I live...there has not been a white Christmas in 100 years...until December 2005. It didn't snow much...less than a foot...but it was more then south Texas has seen in a LONG time. D robyrob 07-27-2005, 07:47 AM awww, i got yah ALL beat, this is my front yard last winter: *MIBabe03* 07-27-2005, 09:23 AM ??? Depending on where you live it snows every year. Although I don't really count what I posted as being snow. It's kind of pathetic. Anyway we usually get freezing rain, and that's about it. TripperFan 07-27-2005, 10:05 AM A "light" snow in Newfoundland (just one of hundreds I get - it insane there)!
