go to Image-Resize..and adjust

try the handy little FREE program Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm) - its mostly an image/media viewer, but you can do simple image tasks with it, to resize just use the Image>Resize menu

... or, you can use paint.

go to image > stretch/skew... and enter the percentages of the original length and width dimensions (anything above 100% would make it larger; anything below 100% would make it smaller).

I usually use Paint to resize and PSP to add effects to it. I dont use PSP to resize because it makes pictures look crappy. PSP is great for effects though
