Sony won't respond to anything. Trust me. I've sent a half dozen questions, and you don't even get an automatic computerized pre-written "Thank you" e-mail from these bozos. They' re notoriously bad for customer service and just getting ahold of in general. They also like to be very secretive about their releases sometimes. They won't respond with fans or anybody.
