Okay, first off. In the episode with the lady that "fell" from the balcony (please, she got chased down and beaten), in the reenactment of her laying there with the camera zooming in, could you not just freaking see everytime she blinked? It was sad. Plus, the guy got acquitted.

Also, modern string lately, kind of sucks, since these stories are boring.

Also, love the "We will update this story after the DNA results are available" lacking an update. It's been a few years, and I'm sure that you could make a text one or hire Mrs. Update to do it. Whatever, though.

All in all, good two hours.

Today was probably the best 2 episodes in a row from the post-NBC era(I think all aired originally on CBS and then Lifetime repackaged them). I had seen both before but it was nice to actually have a *gasp* Unexplained Death/Missing case.

I was thinking the same thing. LIARS!

I would be curious to see what made the jury acquit. Dr. Cyril Wecht said it perfect, even if you were to kill yourself there's no way you can land 9 ft. from the building, period, also with the lack of injuries.

Who knows, man. They were charging him with some relatively low charges (3rd degree Murder and...voluntary manslaughter) so they probably had little/no evidence linking him directly to the crime. They had her saying someone would die, some "Yeah, that's not going to happen" with the distance fall, and the fractures, but honestly, nothing tying him (that I/we know of). So, the jury probably let him off because..."if it doesn't fit, you must acquit!"
