Hey, Solomon/TV Show Analyzer/Retro TV Collector- I FINALLY got season 1 DVD of The Jeffersonsand it's GREAT. Haven't been able to see these eps in years. I know I'm behind on this one, but now I have to get seasons 2 and 3.
Does everyone anticipate getting ALL the seasons of this show-through '85, or are you only going to stick with the funnier edgier eps(i.e. up to around 1981). Just wondering.
Great Show!!!

Did you like the "Piano Man" Episode?

VERY funny. There were a lot of great lines in that one, like Florence describing how she crunches big roaches in her apt just as Willis is trying to eat an hors de ouerve. At the end, when George asks the Piano mover/player to play something and he croons out "The Party's Over", Louise looks like she's going to lose it trying not to laugh.
Do you recommend seasons 2 & 3?

Absolutely, season 2 and 3 I highly recommend. Those seasons are not as good as season 1 but still fun to watch.
