I posted a while back about my 7yr old having frequent trips to the bathroom and being on Detrol. We found out through other tests that she has Kidney Reflux (which like acid reflux makes things go back up instead of down). There's a fairly new procedure called Deflux and she's supposed to have it on Wed if her culture comes back clean on Monday. It is outpatient and only takes about 30 minutes; the results are inmediate (I'm hoping on that so much). Keep my DD in your thoughts for a successful procedure.
Thanks
Karen~
Sorry about your situation. I hope it all works out for you and your daughter.

Best of luck to your daughter (and you). Hopefully, this will offer your little love the relief from the constant urge to use the bathroom. That must be maddening for her. Please keep us posted.

My 11 year old sister has that same problem and is also on Detrol, so I know where you're kind of coming from.
I'll keep her in my thoughts!

So sorry to hear that she did require surgery, but at least it does sound like an easy and quick procedure to correct it.
It's great what they can do these days so we'll keep our fingers crossed for you. Please keep us posted on her progress!
