Considering the original post is from 2005, I wonder if the OP would include the 2010s decade now. I will stick to shows from the 90s and 2000s (2000-2009) decade though, but will expand the hours. There are lots of good watchable slots before 8PM, and after 2AM isn't good for much. (I hate that Hallmark buries Frasier between 3-5AM now, what a waste. And I am not lucky enough to have a Cozi affiliate.) I will also split up into sitcom and drama networks.
