Do you remember the episode called "The House Meets the Mouse" where the Tanners spent a vacation at Disney World? That's was a great episode in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Disney Parks including Disneyland, Disney World and other theme parks as part of the 50th anniversary. There are other episodes about Disney World, one is "Family Matters", "Boy Meets World" and "Roseanne". All four of the shows that took place at a same location as all four shows are part of the 50th anniversary of the Disney theme parks. As you might say that 50 years ago today, Disneyland opened its gates in Anaheim, CA. Any questions about the episode?

I liked that episode. Steve even played Aladian in it. He was the voice of Aladian in the movies I think.

Scott Weinger did voice Aladdin in the movie and also in the Disney Channel cartoon, when he "appeared" as Aladdin in the Disney World episode, it was an inside joke to him "being" Aladdin in reality. I think the movie came out around that time. He still voices Aladdin on occasion now, like in Disney World attractions, ie he does the voiceover for their ride The Magic Carpets of Aladdin.

I have the DVD of "Aladdin" with Scott Weinger as the voice of the title role. There was also in the special features section featured an interview in which Scott was talking about how he got into the act in "Aladdin". That was in the DVD.

Kimmy seemed to have her ways with the Tanners. After she became a regular cast member she started being at there even during the serious and important times. She was at the Hospital with everyone when Becky gave birth to the twins, and she went with everyone to the Tanner family picnic.

I dont think Kimmy's parents gave her much attention and the Tanners kind of gave her that attention the her parents didnt give you.

Well, yeah. When Kimmy, Steve, and DJ came back from Spain, she says (and I don't remember the exact quote) that her parents told her to get a ride home with the Tanners, because they will most likely be going out to dinner.

I like the Disney eps of all the shows that have them in them (OK, not all the shows, but the shows that I like) like Sabrina, Family Matters, Boy Meets World... and of course Full House.

The episode was pretty good

I understand at the end of the episode, Uncle Jesse was singing "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes". I believe to get things straight. The song was used in the movie "Cinderella". It was an animated classic. Thanks to the special edition DVD since it came out back in October. I bought it and it was great. Good for the ending of the episode as well as the "Cinderella" DVD.

And there's also a Step By Step episode about Disney World, "We're Going To Disney World" which was also a 2-parter.

I do have the episode in my collection but I will upload it on YouTube someday. I have YouTube so I would have to put 6 segments from the episode "The House Meets the Mouse" so that everyone can watch it. This would be a great idea.
