Here he is playing "Stevie" in episode: How to Be a Hero Without Really Trying, it aired on December 29th, 1963, on CBS.
Plot outline: New neighbors Stevie (Butch) and his sister move next door to Tim and Martin. They all go on a picnic in the mountains. When Stevie climbs too high on a moutain and will not come back down. Tim wants to go to the top of the mountain to rescue Stevie and impress his sister, but Tim is afraid of hights. So Martin uses his anti-gravity device to make Tim climb the mountain with the greatest of ease. Throughout Tim's climb, Martin drops his anti-gravity device, and Tim climbs the mountain all by hisself. After he comes back down with Stevie, Martin tells him that he had done it all by his own courage, and Tim faints.
