I haven't seen anyone post about this DVD, so I figured I'd take a stab at it. Despite the fact that it's a compilation of different episodes, I bought it anyway.

Quality is decent, but what's really annoying is that each episode is indexed as a single chapter. In other words, the episodes are not broken up into chapters so you can skip to another scene.

Hopefully they'll do full season sets at some point. I think a season four box set would be worth getting...only if they had a behind-the-scenes documentary chronicling the turmoil backstage. :eek:

I was tempted to get that at Besy Buy yesterday.

Instead, i brought three movies

But, I want to get the SEASON set instead.

Hopefully, it will come out some day.

The only way they'll put it out is if they feel they can sell x amount of copies. Unfortunately, Kotter has not been consistantly on the air in syndication since its network run, so that may be a factor as to why it hasn't been released yet.

Keep e-mailing and encouraging others to do the same - if they get bombarded with enough messages, they may decide to release season box sets.

I think they should run Welcome Back Kotter and Head Of The Class TOGETHER in syndication in the afternoon.

I bet the kids and teens will watch both shows.
