View Full Version : Will there be a Murphy Brown Season 2? peter may 07-17-2005, 11:16 AM Its been a while...... EmoJoe 07-17-2005, 12:07 PM It came out in what, February? It'll probably be released in late 2005- early 2006. JulieSomoski 09-08-2005, 05:16 PM From my information, I know that there is no future plan for any Murphy Brown release. Sales of the first season were so bad that they just stopped the DVD's from coming, and you cannot even find it in any store with tv on DVD. Though Warner Brothers is putting their main focus on Full House and the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Murphy Brown is scheduled to hit stores with a possible season 2 in late February 2007. Sorry guys. I own the first season and would like to buy a second season soon, at least in 2006, but its just not gonna be happening. The same thing goes for Who's the Boss? Season 1 was released in June 2004. Sales were so bad that releases were stopped, not even on hold, for 2006, but a season 2 release is due for May 2006. FUll House Season 2 will be out for sure in stores December 6, 2005. A Season 3 release is due for April 11, 2006. AS sales for season 1 didnt go as well as planned, as season 2 release was planned later in the year, very late from what we now know. If sales go much better for season 2, we might be seeing season 3 sooner. AS for the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Sales were also not as good as planned, but better than Full House. Season 2 hits stores for sure October 11, 2005. A positive date for season 3 is February 14. WE should be seeing 1 more DVD in 2006, and the last season in early/mid-2007. Its a load of crap if you ask me! Dont listen to him. He lies like that. He's been lying all over the Full House board. So yeah. I suggest someone bans him, hes just posting false information. Dean Winchester 09-08-2005, 07:15 PM yea, it does sound like a lie. Why would Warner be eyeing February 2007 for Murphy Brown season 2? that's well over a year away. JulieSomoski 09-10-2005, 03:00 PM IM not lying. IM serious about that. Thats what they did to who's the Boss, so why would you thinkn IM lying? I got it from tvshowsondvd, tv.com, eigo-1.com, and joblo.com. Go to a store and tell me is you see murphy brown season 1 there. you see the brady bunch season 1, which came out around the same time murphy Brown did, even earlier. you still see full house and fresh prince, you see cheers still, and frasier and seifeld, and those all came out a long time ago. I dont lie. This is not false info. I am telling you the truth. troopoleon8897 09-10-2005, 03:48 PM IM not lying. IM serious about that. Actully at the Best Buy I go to they have 3 copys of Murphy Brown, 5 copys of Who's The Boss? and They had 1 copy of Full House and No copys of Fresh Prince or Brady Bunch Season 1, so your info is not correct Dean Winchester 09-10-2005, 05:43 PM I think Roseanne88-97 is a Roseanne fan who hates every other show on N@N and is just spreading venomous lies. Personally, Roseanne's my fave N@N show, but I like Murphy Brown also Johnny S 09-10-2005, 08:16 PM Good... someone deleted those posts. ;) Southern Hellraiser 09-10-2005, 09:20 PM I think Roseanne88-97 is a Roseanne fan who hates every other show on N@N and is just spreading venomous lies. Personally, Roseanne's my fave N@N show, but I like Murphy Brown also :yeahthat At first, I was a little upset about Murphy Brown and The Fresh Prince of Belair coming to N@N, but those are my 2 new favorite shows now. JulieSomoski 11-14-2005, 06:30 PM You all think I'm lying, but what if Fresh Prince has no copies at Best Buy because they are sold out? Ever think of that? peter may 01-27-2006, 02:41 PM I bought season 1 blindly the other day and i think its a pretty good show, does anyone know is season 2 is on the cards? Kristen 01-27-2006, 03:57 PM I bought season 1 blindly the other day and i think its a pretty good show, does anyone know is season 2 is on the cards? I'm sorry to say it's not looking too good. Other Warner shows have had several seasons come out since MB. I would highly recommend taping off N@N. That's what I've been doing. Kristen bencasey 01-27-2006, 08:16 PM I taped them all complete when they ran on CBS. |
