Now before I comment on this, Larry is one of my favorite characters and I am not trying to down him or anything like that. I'm just making an observation.

I think it was awfully strange that Larry talked Jack into driving the girl to her photo shoot and supported him with his amnesia story, but made fun of him at the end of the episode when he had to wash Janet's new car. Some friend he was being! LOL. Again, JMO. What do you guys think about this episode?

I agree with you. It is mostly funny but sometimes mean when Larry gets Jack in trouble SO MANY TIMES. But it is SO funny when Jack does something to get back at him (Like pull his robe off!!).

Larry is so unbelievably funny with his sneaky ways...it's amazing how Jack can still take him back after all these times

It didn't really make sense why Larry was laughing at Jack at the end when Jack was going to wash Janet's car after he was the one that put him up to driving the girl to the photo shoot in the first place, but hey, it's Larry, he always does things like that to Jack, so I wasn't really surprised. He always gets Jack in trouble, but yet he's still Jack's best friend. If that was in real life, I highly doubt a relationshhip like that would work, but since it's just sitcom, it works and it's meant to be funny. I myself, think it's funny, but there are some times when I become annoyed because he is AlWAYS pulling cracks like that on Jack and gets away with it!

Jack & the girls did get back at Larry when he had Terri boost up Jack's ego and making Jack think that she was coming on to him by them stripping him of his robe and towel

Well, how many times did Larry leave Jack hanging? The biggest example---literally---would be selling Jack's nude painting to the Beagle. I would have dismembered by best friend for doing that.

Or after the Townsend letter business, Larry deserts Jack to get the letter on his own.

Or Larry clearly sees that Jack's gone too far on Terri's first night but keeps on with the nastiness.

Or giving Jack chocolates when he owes him 20 bucks.

Ok, I'm done :).
