That is the best news I heard all week long!

Hopefully, the movie will be a HUGE SUCCESS like Family Guy.............

.........and FOX would order new episodes!

One only dream!

I missed that show on Sunday nights on Fox.

That's great! I was hoping for a theatrical release. I mean wouldn't it be great on a big screen? However, this news is just as good. Hopefully they can get all the voices back (I know Billy West will be there, I mean the rest of the voices). This is the big return of Fry, Leela, Bender, the Professor and the rest!

Now that 8 Simple rules has been cancelled, I'm sure that Katey Sagal will be back.

Yup, good news......

I too think it would be really bad if they can't get the voice talent back.

I also hope they can push the limits a little more in a movie.

Just though I'd bump this thread back up.

According to Today's NY Daily News, a direct to DVD "Futurama" movie is in the works, and will be released in 2007.

Even though Starit to DVD movies are usually really bad I'll still buy it.
