Alright, I love both of these shows.
Reno 911 is hilarious and it reminds me of cops except that the cops are just as crazy as the criminals..... Everything that happens makes me bust out laughing and yet is familiar to the things I've seen in cops somewhere.
Cops is great especially when they are in the GHET-TO! I am talkin' shirtless crazy domestic abuses, toothless prostitutes that try to pass for "a friend" (yea right!), the chases through backyards, k-9 UNITS!
What are your favorite reno or cops moments?
Or any other thoughts about the relation between the two.

Reno 911 is hysterical, and even better on DVD. The deleted scenes on the third disc of the Season 2 set have this about 10 minute section where the Reno officers are trying to move the 10 Commandments from the court building, but nothing seems to work. At one point Travis yells out "Jesus ****ing the pope", which had to be one of the funniest things I've ever heard, especially considering the context.
Raineesha and God ending up winning out, the monument never did get moved.

Cops is much better but to be fair I havent really ever watched Reno911 so im only speaking of what I know I like..
