I found this on another forum that I am a member of by one of the moderators. He said that A. Nunes contacted him using this new alias and email address.

I wanted to inform everyone to watchout for him before they get ripped off. Apparently this guy is still up to his no good ways. :mad:

I understand that sometimes trades go bad, sometimes the quality is not as good as you expected and people can judge things different. I have seen some collector tapes and discs that one person would rate a 5 and another would rate a 7 so i dont get too mad over stuff like that.

Also I understand that people get behind, so if it is supposed to take 3 weeks and ends up 3 months, i get mad, but i try to understand.

But I do not understand how anyone could outright steal from people like that, either $ or trades with no intention of ever sending anything! How do people like that sleep at night???? :(

I would say we all should email him with tons of spam but the jerk would probably just add our emails to his trade reference list.

Yes he is the same person. Refer to the Bad Traders Thread on top of this forum it has all of known alises, email addresses and shipping addresses.

you will most likely never get a cent

the normal scammer ploy is to have a paypal account, then make several moves and make excuses for delivery--thus giving them time to operate

they draw all the money out to a legit bank

and then they close the bank account

and thus paypal cant get any funds recovered--even if you win the dispute

many people think that because a person has a paypal account, that their transaction is safe

my rule of thumb, if i am worried about a seller--i use paypal--ONLY---if buyers protection extra cost insurance is avaible

if not i pass and move on to something else

I just reported this guy to paypal. Anybody who got scammed by him should do this! Maybe he gets at least banned from paypal.
