I thought I have finally seen all the episodes but I don't recall seeing this one at all. It was kind of cute. First off, the guy who played Captain Jack at the zoo....wasn't he also uncle Billy? If not, he sure seems familiar. Also, was this the only episode the boys had a dog and if so what happened to the one they got at the end?

That would be Edgar Buchanan better know as Uncle Joe from Petticoat Junction. Yes, I believe he was also Uncle Billy.

Don't know about the dogs.

I love these first eps. Wally and Beaver were sooo cute in them. That was the only ep that the boys got a dog of their own. There was also the ep where Beaver found the little Chihuahua. The Cleavers took care of it for a few days before the rightful owner came to reclaim him.

Yeah I loved this episode! Beaver is so cute in them! :p

We can't see toothfairy because she was banned awhile ago and apparently keeps trying to post and that's why we see the name and no post.

I watched an episode where Uncle Billy visits, and drives everyone nuts with his tall tales. It was a good episode. Edgar Buchanan was fantastic in the role. I looked at his bio, and he was a dentist, an oral surgeon, until the age of 38, then caught the acting bug.

This episode was the first to show a toilet on TV, granted we only saw the tank, but still....
