Anyone have an idea who this guy is and did he star in anything else? It seems he got no notoriaty, but he was the majority of the episodes. Did he ever speak?

His name is Benjamin Chulay (the character's name was Pete) and he was somehow related to a member of the MTM Show's production crew. He got to speak several lines in the episode "WJM Tries Harder".
