I guess while the castaways were visiting the Doctor from the other island, someone snuck in and built a bunch of buildings for them.

The Friendly Physician has lots of them.

For instance, when Igor and Ginger change places...all the other castaways are imprisoned in the dungeon....and when Dr. Balinkoff later asks "Igor" to "capture them" and Ginger answers "capture them yourself!" it's pretty obvious that Balinkoff didn't know......so who worked the switch while Igor and Ginger were in the booths???? :confused:
