Perderabo 01-16-2001, 05:34 PM I think this is a trivia question that was asked by someone who is themself weak in trivia. Chuckles the Clown is a character that is mentioned in only two episodes. George Bowerchuck is the character's real name. But George does a TV show as Chuckles the Clown. George dies and Mary gives his eulogy. Mary mentions that Chuckles plays characters on his show, one of which was Mr. Fee Fi Fo. It is Mr. Fee Fi Fo who has the catch phrase "I hurt my foo foo!". Since this is the only catch phrase mentioned in conjunction with Chuckles, it is probably the answer that the original questioner is seeking. I think his trademark phrase was, "A little song, a little dance, a little seltzer down your pants." It's mentioned twice in "Chuckles Bites the Dust", once by Ted in his on-air eulogy, and once by the priest at the famed funeral. If my memory is correct it is that that finally causes Mary to laugh. |
