N@N should give up on their original series. They all stink.

How do you know Hijinks stinks? It hasn't premiered yet. I've heard good things about it.

I know this is a bit off topic, but have there been any big announcements (acquisitions, schedule changes) that have come from the whole TCA Summer thing?

I'm all for original programming on N@N and TVLand.... as long as its related to classic TV.

Inside TVLand, ALF's Hit Talk Show, TVLand Moguls, and the various reunions they've had were all good stuff. Stuff like Chasing Farrah and Fatherhood just isn't any good.

Can you honestly say you're surprised? With W's ratings the way they are?

No I'm not :(

But ratings shouldn't matter, if N@N is going to call shows "Modern TV Classics" then all should be treated accordingly.

They didn't do anything for Who's the Boss' 20th Anniversary last year either :(

Or Murphy Brown's 20th in 2008, which will probably never happen.

Actually, ratings SHOULD matter.

If they aired Wings and Who's the Boss all the time, the ratings would sink, the price for advertising time would sink, the amount of money NAN has would sink, and the network as a whole would end up sinking.

People have been asking, as of now Jeff Foxworthy Show will continue to air in September and in October at least, every Saturday night 10p-12a. So, basically until further notice.

T’S VIEWERS CHOICE WHEN NICK AT NITE LETS FANS PROGRAM

“THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL AIR 15TH ANNIVERSARY ALL NITE

CELEBRITY JAM" ON SEPTEMBER 10

Network Celebrates Anniversary with Showcase of Best Celebrity Episodes Picked Online by Viewers

New York, NY, August 18, 2005 – It’s been 15 years since he first settled onto his throne as the “Prince of Bel Air,” but it’s the viewers who will reign when Nick at Nite lets fans program “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air 15th Anniversary All Nite Celebrity Jam.” Airing on September 10 from 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. in honor of the 15th Anniversary of The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Nick at Nite will showcase episodes from the comedy series featuring celebrity guest stars Oprah Winfrey, Don Cheadle, Queen Latifah, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Sherman Hemsley and many more, all picked by the viewers. The #1 pick will air at 12 midnight. Viewers can go to nick-at-nite.com to choose from a wide variety of Fresh Prince favorites from when Jay Leno sues Will for libel, to Chris Rock in a guest-starring duel role. Voting began on August 16, 2005 and ends at 10:29 p.m. ET on September 10, just before the first episode is scheduled to air. Thirty minutes before the viewers choice marathon begins, at 10pm (ET/PT), viewers will be treated to a special episode of The Fresh Prince as Will Smith steps out of character to interview members of the cast and, with the help of Dick Clark, shows hilarious outtakes from the series.

This popular show joined the Nick at Nite line-up on September 13, 2004. Amid the hilarious comedy of clashing cultures as the wealthy Banks family opens their home - and their checkbook - to their needy relative Will, the teen adapts easily to their indulgent lifestyle and reminds them that the simplest pleasures of family life can't be bought at any price. Co-executive produced by music legend Quincy Jones, the NBC comedy aired from 1990 to 1996 and focuses on Will (Smith), a teenager from a tough West Philadelphia neighborhood whose mother sends him to live with his wealthy relatives in Bel Air, California. It’s a tough adjustment for the teenager at first, whose streetwise ways don’t seem to fit in with their ornate mansion, luxurious cars and live-in butler. Will immediately clashes with Uncle Phillip (James Avery), a pompous, successful lawyer who was raised in a tough neighborhood much like Will’s and enjoys teaching him lessons and catching him on his crazy shenanigans. Aunt Vivian (Janet-Hubert Whitten and later Daphne Maxwell Reid) is the mediator between the two, and Geoffrey (Joseph Marcell), the always-proper butler, becomes one of Will’s closest allies. Among his cousins, Will enjoys teasing the preppy Carlton (Alfonso Ribeiro) and spoiled Hilary (Karyn Parsons), while taking teenager Ashley (Tatyana M. Ali) under his wing and becoming her confidante. The brood expands with the birth of Nicholas “Nicky” Banks (Ross Bagley).

If WTB, Wings, and MB get such bad ratings than instead of shoving them to 3 and 4 AM, than why don't give it a 12 AM- 2 AM timeslot? Its not great, but its not horrible either. Than they can air their precious Roseanne and Fresh Prince during primetime and the shows they dont give a crap about just give an "ok" timeslot instead of airing a 5th Roseanne and Fresh Prince timeslot. Or how about this, give other shows primetime double takes but only show one airing of the "bad rating" shows? Its still giving Roseanne, FP, and Full House most of the night anyway, but WTB? and Wings fans can still enjoy their shows in a decent timeslot.
