I like the first 2 seasons except the lighting gets better in season 3. It looks more brighter for some reason. There are more episodes that stood out in the later seasons. In the early ones I can only pick maybe a few from the first 2 seasons, but once you get to season 3, you get episodes you will remember (possibly the entire episode or most of it). Many episodes I've seen from season 1 and 2 I don't remember everything about, because they were'nt that interresting, but some were very interesting. I actually think season 3 and 4 had a greater abundance of memorable episodes.


Season 1: Pilot, Hot Muffins, Julie's Rejection, Do or Diet, Samantha Steals a Squad Car, Sam Faces Death, The Robbery (These were some of the best episodes of the season and I can recall most of the episode without even watching it).


Season 2: Nell goes to Jail, Katie Steals Julie's Jock, Sam's Imaginary Friend, The Custody Suit, Porokos were some of the best.


Season 3: (Now you get all the meomorable times). Joey 1 and 2, Big Apple 1 and 2, Nell's Friend, Samantha's Protest, Herbie, Knock Three Times, Kanisky Christmas (((They didn't have Christmas episodes in the first 2 seasons), The Groupie, Valentine, Melissa


Season 4: Alabamy Bound 1 and 2, TV or No TV, Cat Story, Carl's Delicate Moment, The Lookalike, Monkey See, Monkey Do, Julie's Birthday, Sam's First Love


Season 5: Joey's Train, The Gun, Mama, The Man From Zoron (I think season 5 had less memorable episodes than seasons 3 and 4)


Season 6: Sam goes to College 1 and 2, I love New York, Christmas in New York, Joey's Hero, Joey's Teacher, Joey the Gambler, Joey the Gigilo, Harry The Hampster (Many episodes were about Joey, of course, and some weird subjects were covered, but I think this season had better episodes than season 5, and more memorable ones overall, yet the season wasn't that great because the girl's were gone). Sadly, the last episode was not one of the best of the season, but Save the Church was, but not as memorable because it lacked a lot of cast.

I loved all the seasons....but Seasons 1 and 2 seemed more special because they dealt with serious family/teen issues. The later seasons weren't as serious but definitely more funny.

I want all seasons to be on dvd or cable
