Are you sure that's Fred Gwynne? That doesn't sound like Fred Gwynne.

that is not him at the begining but towards the end of it he is in it I think. I got the clip from Limewire and it said Fred Gywnne so I downloaded it

Munsters #1, do you know if this is before or after The Munsters. The file has 1977 on it but I am not sure if that is a production number or something like that. I would assume that its before but I am not sure when network radio stopped

Radio was very popular from the 20's to the early 60's. By 1977, I don't think CBS still had it's Mystery Theatre anymore. I'd say this radio program dates a lot earlier than The Munsters tv series.

CBS Radio Mystery Theatre aired from 1874 until 1982. E.G. Marshall was the host until the last season. For the last season, Tammy Grimes took over as host.

That's weird cos I had ran into one of the shows today and was on a search for more. Found a couple more but still soooo many to get.

The one I was listening to today was called The Threshold. 1980, I believe.
